Pleasuretrain is one of many unforgettable songs on Gudrun Gut's recent album "I put a record on" (monika55). The dub blues oddessy is written together with Gudrun's former Malaria! bandmate Manon P. Duursma.
The 7" is available on limited edition white vinyl and contains two exclusive new mixes of "Pleasuretrain". It's a beautiful closure that Gudrun Gut should bring her second 7" on easugar out now after the release of her album on monika enterprise. It was in part the positive feedback she got from her Move Me 7" on Earsugar that motivated her to get going on making a full album.
"Pleasuretrain" is a dub-blues journey featuring classic harmonica samples and tasty beats. The tune is inspired by Clouddead and dedicated to the bicycle.
