Selway has produced remixes for the Sodium label as well the up and coming labels Andes Music and Hej Records. The mix for Hej, of Punisher and John Overfiend's "Thermal Underwear" is already building up an excellent buzz and is featured as the number one entry on Joel Mull's latest top ten chart. In addition to his strongly successful work in techno, John Selway also continues to pursue his various stylistically eclectic side projects.
Along with partner and fellow Rancho Relaxo Allstars member Jason Szostek, he has resurrected Serotonin Records with SER018, the first new vinyl release on the label since 1999 when they were the very first to release Fischerspooner's "Emerge". The new release on Serotonin is a balance of the classic 90's Serotonin futuristic electro-funk sound and accessibly melodic synth-pop and italo-disco material produced by two new artists, Laserboy and Espion. The release also features an edit/remix from John Selway under his Brinton McKay alias.
