Soulphiction is Michel Baumann, also known as Jackmate.
He founded the project in 1998, to provide some playground for everything that is more musically inspired, and not necessarily for the floor..
HipHop, early House and Disco are the terms that describe the mixture...
since that time there've been several releases on labels like Perlon, Sonar Kollektiv and his own imprint Philpot-Records.
Since 2005 he's accompanied by Suzana Rozkosny who sings on several tracks on the productions as well as live. |
